Bio

A graduate of MI Hollywood, with a BFA in jazz guitar studies from UW-Milwaukee - Upon moving to Austin TX in 2000, I began working as a sideman with a vast array of bands and projects - Fastball, Ian Moore, Nicole Atkins, Bruce Robison, Kelly Willis, Cotton Mather, Rebecca Loebe, Suzanna Choffel, Future Clouds and Radar, Wrenfro with Tony Scalzo and Kevin Mckinney, Skyrocket, the Argyles, Song Division, Rick Trevino, Robin Ludwick, Billy Harvey, Jon Langford, James Rotondi, Patrice Pike, Ginger Leigh, Urban Achievers Brass Band, Sara Hickman, Bob Schneider, Ainjel Emme, Amy Atchley, Kacy Crowley, and many others.

Recently, my focus has been on playing with fewer side projects, and working more on my own projects (finally!) Starting with the release of my first solo album Moonlanding in 2022, and with recordings from my jazz trio (Chris Gebhard Trio), original rock band, and my instrumental experimental project Murmurations - I also have been scoring music for various film and dance projects.

In addition to these projects, I am also currently booking my private party all hits cover band RadioGold, as well as playing extensively with Skyrocket and Little Wedding Band, and still doing fun side gigs as much as possible.
